• Registration fee: $450.00. Payable to Hamilton Wildcats Basketball Academy.
  FEE IS REQUIRED 5 WEEKS BEFORE TOURNAMENT DATE TO GUARANTEE YOUR TEAM IN THE DRAW.
• Each team is guaranteed 3 games.
• All games use FIBA Rules, Basketball Ontario rules and the Hamilton Wildcats Basketball Academy rules.
• Basketball Ontario Sanctioned.
• Entries will be accepted on a priority basis when BOTH the registration forms and cheques are received.
• Team rosters are due at least three weeks prior tournament.

Please note: All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 Administration fee.

Remember: Cancellations are subject to Basketball Ontario's Eligibility Policies as follows:

• If a team withdraws seven (7) days or less prior to the start date of a sanctioned tournament, the tournament organizer is entitled to keep any deposits or registration fees that have been paid in advance to secure the withdrawing teams' position in the tournament.
• However, if a team withdraws from a tournament because Basketball Ontario has removed sanctioning status due to non-compliance of sanctioning rules, the tournament organizer must return all deposits and/or registration fees to the withdrawing Basketball Ontario team.
