ONE-ON-ONE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Hamilton Wildcats Basketball Academy and Michael Kennedy, NIKE Battleground one-on-one finalist, owner/operator of the International Big Man Academy in offering our athletes Individual Skill Development Program for all players in the Wildcats Club in preparation for the upcoming 2007-2008 OBA Basketball Season.

This one-on-one skill development program will fine tune and develop each player’s offensive and defensive skill-set for use during team play.

Coach Kennedy will not only equip each player with the "NEXT LEVEL" skill set, but will also provide them with a keen knowledge of basketball self, health and overall well being. As a result, all players involved will acquire a better understanding of how to apply and adapt their one-on-one individual game for the betterment of their Hamilton Wildcat’s team.

The following curriculum was designed with a strong emphasis on individual skill development as it relates to GUARD, FORWARD, and CENTER positions:
  • FOOTWORK

    - when to front / not to front the post
    - when to play behind the post
  • FUNDAMENTALS

  • MOVEMENT OFF THE BALL
